Get a Grant was first established in March 2008 by Sally Hunter and her former business partner. They were sick of portal-style websites that list endless irrelevant grants. They wanted a time saving solution that was developed from the point of view of the grant seeker.
After a great deal of planning the grant database was launched and since then has undergone a major overhaul in 2012 in order to give searchers the best grant shortlisting tool possible.

Giving Back to the Community
FundBase has a policy of giving back! We provide pro-bono grant writing services to needy causes, we offer scholarships to attend our funding training for free, we offer free resources when possible and we constantly consider the community impact of our work.
